The SC-9000 can simultaneously detect up to 3 x toxic gases. Gasses that can be detected are: ammonia, hydrogen fluoride, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, ozone, silane, and phosphine plus other gases used in semiconductor factories. Highly absorptive toxic gases can be detected quickly and reliably through pump suction.
