The LC-450A from Toray Engineering D Solutions, Co., Ltd., is a highly advanced, high performance Zirconia Oxygen Analyser.
Toray Engineering have been at the forefront of Zirconia Oxygen Analyser design for over 30 x years.
The LC-450A has high levels of durability and reliability, it combines with a desirable set of features, making it ideal for many applications in the electronics as well as process control industries.
A Model: 240VAC
D Model: 24VDC
Excellent Results in Repeatability & Accuracy.
Highly reliable in tough applications.
Faster measurements than competition.
Flexibility for any application.
Ideal for applications such as semiconductor, LCD, glove box, 3D printing, food packaging, etc. The compact dimensions make installation simple (portable or panel-mounted).
Toray Engineering Oxygen Analysers determine oxygen concentration by using the conductivity of a Zirconium ceramic cell.
Zirconium ceramic cells allow only oxygen ions to pass through at high temperatures, the instrument uses a reference gas on one side, and sample gas on the other.
Oxygen ions move from the side with the highest concentration to the lowest concentration. This movement of ions generates an Electro Motive Force (EMF) which is measured to determine oxygen content. This process is in accordance with the Nernst Equation.
The LC-450A has a fast response time (T90 within 30 secs) with minimal line lag, these are highly valued features.
Typical applications are in residual oxygen monitoring for 3D metal printers, semiconductor vacuum deposition systems, baking furnaces and coating machines.
One of the key features of the Toray LC-450A, is its unique sensor coating resulting in extreme reliability and durability. This allows users to experience much longer sensor life, in addition to calibration down time when compared with other solutions.
Users can obtain significantly lower lifetime operating costs as a result. The sensor technology also creates a lower sensor resistance, which results in extremely reliable, repeatable, accurate and precise readings over time. This is a feature customers find particularly desirable in an Oxygen Analyser.
The LC-450A is designed to monitor oxygen with a very wide range from low ppm (1 ppm) up to 100% Volume Oxygen, (Values less than 1 ppm are possible, but aren’t guaranteed, and are considered reference values).
Users find the LC-450A is easy to install, in addition to having a wide power supply range of 100-240VAC.
A 24VDC Version is also available.
