FI-900 Inline Hydrogen Gas Analyser

Optical Interferometric Gas Analyzer for Combustible Gases including Hydrogen

Optical Interferometric Gas Analyzer

The Fl-900 is equipped with Riken Keiki's proprietary optical interferometric sensor, It features MODBUS communications and enhanced self-diagnostic functions to make it even easier to use for control purposes. In addition it also  meets international explosion-proof criteria (ATEX/IECEx).

Product Features

FI-900 Gas Analyser:

Ideal for Process control applications the FI-900 can very accurately measure a number of gases including Hydrogen with several ranges 0-100% Volume and 0-100% LEL available in the same unit. It can measure in an inert gas environment such as Nitrogen, CO2 or Argon.

FI-900 is also capable of handling corrosive gases like methylene chloride, NH3 and VCM gases.

FI-900 has a reliable and proven optical interferometric sensor with a proven track record it has superb
Long-term stability and long operating life and is capable of measuring a wide range of gases.

FI-900 also features enhanced self-diagnostic functions and checks of gas concentrations as well as status using MODBUS communications. This allows users to run detailed diagnoses and identify any abnormal status of sensors or the gas analyser.

The MODBUS communications can not only provide information on gas concentration or gas level
warnings, but can also retrieve information on the operational status for enhanced reliability.
